Oldish coffee
Oldish, old or aged coffee is a defect that gives a very bitter flavor and very strong aroma that evokes something oldish or old. It appears when beans are stored for a long time or in bad conditions of high bean moisture content, above 12%, and in very hot places, above 25 °C.
