Fruity (aroma)

This aroma reminds of the smell and taste of fruit. This attribute is closely related to the natural aroma of berries. High acidity of some coffees is related to citrus fruits. The cup taster should not use this attribute to describe the aroma of green or overripe fruits.

Nuts (aroma)

This aroma resembles the aroma or taste of fresh nuts (other than rancid) and not the bitter taste of almonds.  

Fragrance

Smells distinguished in a freshly roasted and ground coffee. Many of these fragrances can be citrus (mandarin or lemon), floral, fructose-like, spicy, cereal-like and earthy.

National Coffee Fund (FoNC)

The National Coffee Fund is a parafiscal account to which Colombian coffee growers contribute. The FNC, as their legitimate representative, manages the resources of this Fund, which must be used only for the benefit of coffee growers themselves.

Floral (aroma)

This flavor resembles the fragrance of flowers. It has a slight aroma of certain types of flowers, including honeysuckle, jasmine, dandelion and nettle. It is mainly present when an intense aroma of fruit or vegetables is felt, but rarely appears with excessive intensity.
